This is an advanced unit that features 5 inputs and 3 outputs and is used when they want to tie into other devices. It can also be used when they want to measure temperature or use a driver ID fob reader. It can be used for standard fleet tracking as well. It does have a 1 amp back up battery that will allow it to last up to 12 hours with-out power. This unit has the unique feature of being programmable for non-location based applications especially IoT solutions where conditional logic is required.
